How do I start ordering online?

First, you must create a user account and password. This process will get your name, contact and shipping details. An email will be sent to you confirming the account. Once the account is confirmed with our database, you can start shopping! This process takes approximately 1-2 minutes.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer GCASH and BANK TRANSFERS to BPI as modes of payment. The details of these options will be emailed to you once we have received your order.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1-3 days from our receipt of your payment. Our daily cut-off is 12:00 p.m. (Manila time). Payments received after this time will be processed the next day.

What are your terms and conditions?

1. REFUNDS and RETURNS

The Urban Baby™ does not offer any refunds. In the unlikely event that you received defective products, please contact our office within 5 days of delivery and a new one will be delivered immediately. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, our office will contact you with other replacement options.

2. PAYMENT SCHEMES

We accept GCASH and BANK TRANSFERS to our BPI account. We will deliver the product only after we’ve received confirmation of your payment.

3. DELIVERY

We use the services of xend express to make sure your item reaches you in good condition and in a timely manner. Delivery within Metro Manila is offered for free. For payments received before 12:00 p.m. (Manila time), your order will be dispatched immediately and will reach you in 1-2 business days.

If outside Metro Manila, please check your delivery rates here. This delivery rate will be added to the purchase price of the item.

Where are your garments made?

These items are 100% made in the Philippines, with pride and a whole lot of love!

How do I know if this will fit my baby?



Since all babies grow at different paces (especially when one factors in genetics), it is hard to peg the size of the child based solely on age. To be sure that what you are purchasing will fit, please measure your baby against the dimensions set out in the chart.

Is there an age wherein onesies are no longer appropriate to wear?

If it fits, then your baby can wear it! There are some toddlers that fit into our larger sizes and wear the onesies as t-shirts to be paired with shorts or pants. The snaps at the bottom secure against getting untucked, unlike conventional t-shirts.

How do I pay in another currency?

Our prices are in Philippine Peso. If you wish to pay in another currency, please contact our office for our exchange rates.
